Initially called RPA Team, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg’s Automation Team was created 4 years ago in BackOffice Line. The results obtained with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Blue Prism, were very satisfying, generating a ROI of 100% (2€ return for every 1€ invested). Nonetheless, The Automation Team intends to extend further than RPA, pairing the solution with OCR and NLP technologies among others.
