Luton Borough Council, a governing authority in the UK, provides a variety of services to residents including housing benefits. Since the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the UK requires each Council to verify earnings and pension information, Luton Borough Council needed a solution to process requests quickly and accurately.
